At MORV London, we strive to provide you with the best rental experience possible. To ensure the continued enjoyment of our rental items, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following policies.

By adhering to these guidelines, you not only help us maintain the quality of our rental collection but also allow others to enjoy the same items in the future. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our clothing rental service a sustainable and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Return in the same state

We expect you to return the rented items in the exact same condition as when they were given to you. This includes ensuring that there are no EXTRA stains, tears, or any other damages. Please handle the garments with care, and if you encounter any issues during your rental period, contact us immediately.

Dry Cleaning

Prior to returning the rented items, please arrange for professional dry cleaning. This helps to maintain the quality and hygiene of the garments. We recommend using a reputable dry cleaning service to ensure proper care. If you neglect to arrange for the dry cleaning before returning the product, we will be unable to refund the deposit.

Damage Policy

In the unfortunate event of any damage to the rented items, please note that we will be unable to re-rent them to other customers. As a result, you will be responsible for covering the full price of the item, which is set at £1500. We understand that accidents can happen, so please inform us as soon as possible so that we can assist you further.

Deposit

When proceeding with the purchase, we kindly request that you pay a deposit equivalent to the recommended retail price (RRP). This precautionary measure is in place to protect our interests in the event of any significant damage or loss to our product.
